The country’s loudest metal music festival- Silence Music Festical VI was a conducted with a big bang last saturday, 28th of October,2017. The mega concert staged at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu was a promising one where metal music lovers of the town had shown up hundreds in number.
The sixth edition of the concert featured a total of eight bands-four local: Underside, 72 Hours, Kaal and Nude Terror, and four international bands: Enigmatik, Voice of Ruin, Aussie Metallers including popular Australian metal band Twelve Foot Ninja. Started around 2007 on the initiative of Mr. Bikrant Shrestha, the festival features some promising bands from around the globe every year. This sixth event was supposed to be conducted in 2015 but was unfortunately suspended due to the devastating earthquake that struck Nepal.
