Lindsey Stirling (born September 21, 1986) is an American violinist, dancer, performance artist, and composer. She introduces arranged violin performances, both live and in music recordings found on her eponymous YouTube channel, which she made in 2007. Stirling plays out an assortment of music styles, from classical to pop and rock to electronic dance music.

Beside unique work, her discography contains covers of songs by different performers and different soundtracks. Her cover variant of “Radioactive” with ‘Pentatonix’ won Response of the Year in the first YouTube Music Awards in 2013. Stirling accomplished one million singles sold worldwide by August 2014. As of September 30, 2017, her Lindseystomp YouTube channel surpassed 9.8 million subscribers.

In this video, Lindsey plays out a sweet cover of Green Day’s “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” at the Americana Lounge in Hollywood. The song won ‘GRAMMY Record of the Year’ in 2005 and was discharged as Green Day’s second single off of their collection American Idiot. Enjoy the video.
