Kathmandu- On 29th September 2023, singer Melina Rai will be performing live in Bhutan. She had made the announcement through her Facebook stating, “ Kuzu Zangpo Bhutan! La Namaste ‘Il be there at Thimphu on 29th Sept. 2023. This will be my first time in Bhutan and I am really very excited to see all my dear ones at YDF hall Thimpu. Thank you,see you”. Along with her other artists like Amit Lhorung Rai, Pema Zang She and Susmita Rai with Bhutan Music Band will be performing. The venue of the event is YDF hall, Thimphu.
Singer Melina Rai is from Nepal. At the 2017 Radio Kantipur Awards, she was recognized as the Best Playback Singer Female.
Since she was ten years old, Rai has been studying music with her father. At the age of 12, she recorded her first Nepali song, which launched her career. A few of her well-known songs are “Timle Bato Fereu Arey,” “Shiraima Shirbandi,” “Chapakkai Ful Fulyo,” and her most recent hits, “Kutu ma Kutu” and “Machhile Khane Kholiko Leu”.
