The Midnight riders band is launching their new album i.e. Awaaz this December 3 i.e. Friday at Irish Pub, Lazimpat.
The band announced the launch of their album through their official Facebook handle saying,”We The Midnight Riders are coming up with our new album Awaaz on December 3 at Irish Pub, lazimpat. Lets raise our voice together hamro AWAAZ. #themidnightriders #aawaz #originalmusic”. A group from Kathmandu named The Midnight Riders is preserving the blues in Nepal. TMR began as a cover band in 2009 and performed a wide range of genres with a constantly changing roster for more than ten years before attempting to write its own songs. The TMR trio formation seemed to suit the band the most after experimenting with a variety of different setups involving different musicians, as also stated by most of its listeners who listened to TMR’s “Baiguni Lai Blues Le Marnu Parcha” album released in 2019. The Midnight Rider is a blues band featuring Jimi Blues on guitar and vocals, Sunny Mahat on bass, and Jay Ram Karki on drums.
