Ankita Pun, a young and abundantly loved artist of Nepal has recently announced about releasing her new single “Sakhi” off her debut album “Maili”. She has already introduced us to her 2 songs from the album. All of her songs are mostly relatable to our day-to-day life somehow which is the main reason she gathered so much love in such a short period of time.
Char Din Char Jooni, her 1st release from her debut album is about the love and pure relationship between a girl and her pet. So pure lyrics and simply beautiful music video followed by her magical voice. Yet, the song did not get as much attention as it deserved.
But, her 2nd release, the title track “Maili” spread around so promptly. It is about the life of thousands of lahure families who have left their families and the sacrifices they make for them.
And recently the singer has announced her 3rd release “Sakhi” which seems to be even more relatable only by looking at its cover and hearing a title. As Sakhi means friend, we are rather excited about the release coz who does not love friends right?
