The bass guitar is a stringed instrument played primarily with the fingers or thumb, by plucking, slapping, popping, strumming, tapping, thumping, or picking. The bass guitar is similar in appearance and construction to an electric guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and four to six strings. But in this video, the bassist Davie plays with no strings at all. Here in this video, all the sounds come from the bass guitar parts by applying heavy EQs and FXs. The guitar used is Fender Jazz Bass but with all strings open. This is really interesting to watch.
