Jimi Hendrix (original name Johnny Allen Hendrix) is one of the greatest musicians of all time. Born on 27th November 1942, Hendrix is one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century and is regraded as the mot influential guitarist in the rock music scene. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame describes him as “arguably the greatest instrumentalist in the history of rock music”

Born Seattle, Washington, he began playing at any early age of 15. He also went to the Us army and served for a year. “Purple Haze”, “Hey Joe”, “The wind cries mary” are some of his greatest hits. Unfortunately the legendary singer left the world at an early age of 27.
