Kathmandu – Popular Nepali folk rock band Nepathya has come up with a music video of the song ‘Sirfula Siraima’. The music video of the song was released on YouTube on Saturday to mark the silver jubilee celebrations of the one of the most popular bands in Nepal.
The band’s lead singer Amrit Gurung announced the release of the music video. This is the third song released on YouTube from the tenth album of the band.
The song ‘Sirfula Siraima, Banful Banaima’ is based on the adventurous moments captured during the trekking to Mt Dhaulagiri in western Nepal.
Gurung shared that the song was readied based on the experiences he had during the trekking to the areas. He had trekked the areas some three years ago.
According to Gurung, during his journey, he had witnessed the dreadful lives of the people from Magar and Dalit communities.
“We got very good response after releasing two songs of the album– ‘Koshiko Pani’ and ‘Ho Rama Rama’ on YouTube,” said Nepathya’s Manager, Kiran Krishna Shrestha, “We have presented third presents to the Nepathya’s lovers through the song.”
