The B&B project (Bandura and Button accordion) is a Ukrainian musician who promotes folk instruments. Bandura is a traditional Ukrainian instrument, however it isn’t prevalent. The project B&B project restores the prominence of this fine instrument! This group was created on March 1, 2015. Right now they have more than 20 million views on YouTube and Facebook! An extremely differing collection: original song, cover versions, rock, classical music, dubstep, Ukrainian music and numerous others.
This band toured a lot in Ukraine and around the world. Tetiana Mazur and Sergii Shamray are the frontman. They have an expert musical education: the Music School, the College of Music and the National Music Academy of Ukraine by P.I.Tchaikovsky. Presently B&B project has turned out to be one of popular instrumental group in Ukraine.
Here’s an awesome instrumental performance by B&B project on the music “Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor” played on Bandura and Button. This music is a piece of organ music written, according to its oldest extant sources, by Johann Sebastian Bach. The piece opens with a toccata section, followed by a fugue that ends in a coda. It is one of the most famous works in the organ repertoire.
