Metallica is an American heavy metal band based in San Rafael, California. The band was formed in 1981 in Los Angeles by drummer Lars Ulrich and vocalist/guitarist James Hetfield. The band’s fast tempos, instrumentals, and aggressive musicianship placed them as one of the founding “big four” bands of thrash metal, alongside Megadeth, Anthrax, and Slayer. Metallica earned a growing fan base in the underground music community and has won critical acclaim.

“Seek & Destroy” is one of their ninth track from their debut studio album, ‘Kill ‘Em All’. It was the first song the band recorded in a studio. It is the second-most performed song in the band’s history.

Here’s a video of performance by Metallica where they call a young band out of NJ named ‘Break The Chair’ (ages between 9 and 14) got the chance to play “Seek and Destroy” on stage. Take a look!
