Pinjada Ko Suga is a heavy metal song by popular band 1974 AD. The song is actually remake of a poem-Pinjada Ko Suga by Kabisiromani Lekhnath Paudel. The poem is regarded as one of the best allegorical poem by Lekhnath. It is also considered as one of the earliest literary efforts of critcizing the autocratic Rana regime, describing how the soul is trapped inside our body; desperate for autarky, autonomty and freedom. Making an analogy with a parrot entrapped inside of cage, the writing indirectly described how people at that time were treated as slaves in the Rana’s Cage.
