‘It’s really been a long way’ that ‘Gagnam Style’ had been ruling as the most watched video on Youtube. However, now it has finally been dethroned and replaced by another music video, nonetheless than ‘See You Again’ by Wiz Khalifa and featured by Charlie Puth.
‘Gangnam Style’ by singer Psy, surfaced on social media so quickly that the music video became the first to reach one billion views on Youtube. After four and half year as Youtube’s most watched video, Gagnam Style is declared in number two and replaced by ‘See You Again’ on late Monday.
Now the video has racked up more than 2.8 billion views since its release in April 2015. The song was also a Billboard Top 100 hit for 12 weeks. ‘See You Again’ was on the ‘Furious 7’ sound track. The song is also a tribute to the Paul Walker. Walker starred in “The Fast and the Furious” franchise. He was sadly killed in an auto accident in 2013.
