Kathmandu- Bebe Rexha, a singer and songwriter, is seen in a viral video being struck by a cell phone while performing. A concertgoer threw a phone at her while she was filming at The Rooftop at Pier 17, a concert venue in New York City.
Rexha was taken urgently to a hospital. She shared two pictures on Instagram on Monday that showed the left side of her face was injured. Her left eyebrow was also covered with bandages. The multiple Grammy nominee just wrote “I’m good” as the caption.
According to the New York Police Department, New Jersey resident Nicolas Malvagna, 27, was detained and has been charged with assault in relation to the incident.
