Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé, the four members of the girl group Blackpink, transformed the chilly, drafty warehouse in Los Angeles into a photo shoot fantasy world on this November day. A beautiful antique station wagon is parked next to a constructed hill, and cement floors blossom into an idyllic landscape. Some of the most well-known women in the world performed for almost 12 hours, gamely striking their positions. They appear less like superstars than best friends relaxing in the evening, curled up with fluffy blankets over bare legs in front of a handmade plywood backdrop. We worked really hard to achieve our superwoman appearance, adds Jennie.
