Nabin K Bhattarai was born on March 14, 1974 in Dillibazar, Kathmandu. He was the first child to Kalyan Bhattarai and Nirmala Bhattarai.
Nabin completed his schooling from Budhanilkantha School and graduated from Kathmandu University with a major in Ethnomusicology. He always believed attaining appropriate knowledge was the key to being successful in every aspect and also believed that music was a God’s gift to mankind.While most people do not wish to make a career out of music, Nabin mastered in the art of music as a student of music maestro Prabhu Raj Dhakal which in turn led to him gaining a lot of knowledge about it. His inspiration from legends like Pink Floyd, The Doors, Deep Purple, Suresh Kumar Chettri and Kunti Moktan ignited a passion in music and led him towards being a successful star in the world of music.
