Young and promising rapper Utshana Joshi known by the moniker Uniq poet rants about the ban of Digital currency and NFT through his social media accounts.
Being a Youngsters and IT guy himself, the frustration about the government banning such currency which possibly can be the future currency. Also, while giving speeches about making a country Digital Nepal is vividly understandable. In his statement he writes:
Nepal Government should work on on nft marketplace that features and sell Nepali arts, music, historical images etc etc that way they promote nepali’s art and cultural to a trending global nft market and yell to the mooooon’, along with nepali artist who deserve to reap benefit of their creative persuit in this era. and give artist good royalties per every nft sold. Than the bideshis can do whatever the hell with those NFT’s. Instead of making entire technology illegal, step your game up and regulate it so that it’s a win-win for everyone. This a multi-billion dollar idea right here.
For those who are unknown, NFT stands for “non-fungible token.” At a basic level, an NFT is a digital asset that links ownership to unique physical or digital items, such as works of art, real estate, music, or videos.
