Albatross was formed in late 1990s. It is one of the most popular bands in Nepal. It all began when a couple of guys joined hands came together with their rusted guitars and other old instruments to transcend the sound of Nepali Alternative music, each of which has significantly influenced the music which the band creates. Albatross has made their presence known nationally and internationally. With a huge influence among the current generation, Albatross is also popular among anyone who likes Nepali Contemporary Music.
Plagued with ever-changing vocalists, Albatross had been inactive for almost two years. But when Sirish Dali, one of their older singers was back on a break from the US, they swung into action and churned out what is an excellently composed album. Sirish could sing at incredibly high crescendos. And the band started playing covers for varied music styles. HellsKitchen was their next album that had excellent strings, accurate drumming, and high vocal notes. This song Nischal (Timi Ani Mero) is one of the examples of high vocal notes song. They have played this song LIVE for the show Ruslan Namaste LIVE in the following video.
