Linkin Park’s music video of “In The End” has recently crossed 1 Billion views on YouTube, making it the second video by Linkin Park after Numb to have achieved this benchmark.
In The End was released on 24th of October as the second single from their album Hybrid Theory, released back in October 2000. However, it is the eighth track from the music album. In The End is often considered as one of the most recognizable and signature songs by Linkin Park. The song had also reached top ten on numerous worldwide music charts and number two on the US Billboard Hot 100. The song is also Billboard’s second most played rock song of the decade (source: wikipedia). The music video of the song was directed by Joe Hahn and Nathan “Karma” Cox.
Earlier in 2018 Numb, an all time favorite signature song of the band, became the first 2000s video predating YouTube to reach 1 billion views in November 2018, the music video of which was also directed by DJ Joe Hahn.
